« KILIMANJARO 2010 » Expedition,  a scientific vocation !

What drives Patrick Schmidle and Ernesto Merz to lead such an adventure?  It is surely the fact of crossing the famous KILIMANJARO, with two hot air balloons, all with the practical aid of Jörg Keller, Professor of volcanology from the  University of Freiburg in Breisgau, who will precisely analyse the volcano, the remaining glacier  and the volcanic smoke.

It should be underligned that the expedition can take place thanks to our « main » sponsor Diamond SA (Losone Switzerland).
